2 months ago I went there to get a quote for my car insurance, an Asian man came out and asked me if I needed anything, I said yes I want a quote for my car insurance, and he laughed at me, he said do you know how much farmers insurance cost? And can you afford it? And what kind of car do you have he said, I said 2018 BMW, he laughed again And said you Latino people cannot afford this kind of car and insurance…. So he automatically racially profiled and discriminated me for being Latino, that is a shame for Margaret Lee for having someone with does attitude and racism….
Initial Farmer's representative contact who answer my questions and did my "intake" for establishing rental insurance provided excellent service.
