I recently had a frustrating encounter with Primline while attempting to update my policy to reflect a new vehicle lease. Despite multiple exchanges via email and phone calls with the lady who was in charge, there was a significant oversight on their part. The issue stemmed from a miscommunication regarding the cancellation date for my old vehicle on the policy. Despite assurances from her that the cancellation would coincide with the end of my lease, this did not happen. As a result, I was shocked to receive a bill that far exceeded the initial quote for my new vehicle. Upon reaching out to her to address the discrepancy, I was met with defensiveness and blame-shifting. Rather than taking responsibility for the oversight, the manager insinuated that it was my duty to remind them of the cancellation date. However, at no point during our interactions was I informed that such a reminder was necessary. As a customer, I expected a basic level of competence and professionalism from Primeline Insurance. Unfortunately, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the level of service provided. It is disheartening to feel disregarded and inconvenienced due to the negligence of the very company entrusted with protecting my assets. I urge Primeline to take steps to improve communication protocols and ensure that similar lapses in service do not occur in the future. Additionally, I hope for a more empathetic and customer-centric approach to conflict resolution, one that prioritizes accountability and rectification.
I used to be a loyal customer of Primeline Insurance for many years due to their attentive service. However, since 2022, their service has drastically declined. I’m not sure what has changed internally, but my recent experiences have been frustrating and disappointing. Recently, as of July 2024, I sent multiple emails to Primeline regarding my insurance needs and received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and only reinforces my decision to warn others. If you’re looking for personalized and timely service, I would strongly advise you to stay away from Primeline Insurance.
We require a basic insurance policy for gym rentals. The pricing was competitive and annual renewals were easy
Got a quote from a person over the phone. The person was so rude. Just ridiculous. The price was over the roof. Never will call or recommend these guys.
