It's true that they might sound rude and unkind thought the phone. But i'm sure that you will be satisfied with their service when you drop by their office (You could see their smiles). We could buy good insirance policy thanks to their professional, accurate and reasonable reccomendation. Good service.
Ken Day manager was extremely rude and inappropriate. He doesn’t know customer service and how to treat people. After spending more than 20 minutes of giving all information, he hangs up on me. I want to get quote but he acts like he doesn’t favor for me. Total waste of time and unprofessional. Don’t waste time on this agency!
It may seem unkind, but it is very honest and trustworthy. I was introduced to the cheapest company by comparing it with many places. It may be inconvenient for you to ask for the exact information, but I'm very satisfied.
