The Metro Escrow charges about $1000-1500 more than the other Korean escrow company. The other companies include the handling and processing fee in the escrow fee but the Metro charges the clients seperately from the escrow fee. It was my big mistake to trust my agent who chose the metro.

Yecenia at Metro Escrow is by far the best escrow officer that I have worked with. She is very responsive and works extremely hard. I highly recommend Yecenia.
