My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and just bought a condo in Koreatown. We were directed to Ace Escrow to help us close. Our Escrow Officer Gloria was so incredible and on top of everything; she walked us through every document, was in contact with the HOA and our home insurance agent, and was overall just incredibly kind, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. She made something that can be very complicated, overwhelming, and stressful, especially for first-time buyers, a walk in the park. All the staff members I interacted with there seem genuinely kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Ace Escrow for your home buying closing needs.
