It's amazing to work with Home Team Realty. You get almost all your commissions when you sell or list a property.
Its very unfortunate that I have to write this review because I initially thought these were trustworthy landlords. You should be able to go to your landlords to help resolve conflict/issues at the property they own. If anyone has a say, or can enforce anything at the property, it would be the landlords. The ones at Home Team Realty, however, will tell you to figure it out on your own and "Keep us out of it". Expect minimal effort, if any, on their end with anything and everything, from fixing the washer/dryer units, to settling parking disputes with neighbors. If your neighbor parks in your assigned spot you pay for, good luck.
The space itself is decent, but the landlords will make you think is it even worth it. Any dealings with them only resulted in them avoiding the issue entirely or constantly putting things off for what ever reason they see fit. And this is basic upkeep with the property
I am really saddened to read this review about my friend Patrice. I have been a client of Patrice's for the last 20 years. We worked together on several real estate deals. Whatever Virginia is talking about makes no sense because I know how diligent and respectful he is. In all my years of dealing with him I have never heard a complaint from anyone of his clients. I have developed a friendship with Patrice along with his other clients and I know that Virginia is an exception to the rule. She is entitled to her opinion but I know deep down in my heart that things did not happen the way she makes them out to be.
