Great place, fast & easy. The guy there was about his business. He was unpleasant, but you could tell he didn't care about pleasantries. He didn't make me feel unwelcome or uncomfortable he was serious. However he was extremely quick about the service. It took all of 15 maybe 20m & I'm really pushing it on the 20m time. Once I was done he gave me a copy of my application with his stamp showing that I paid for it & right then & there my fingerprints were sent to the government for what I needed it for. The only downside is that at first glance you can't figure out how to get inside or where it truly is located, but once you call him he will come out to let u in. Super courteous & willing to help. Don't let faces fool u some people look mean & unapproachable, but are really sweethearts on the inside.
Quick and Easy! Very fast service. The gentleman was nice enough to let me go get cash after I was done with my fingerprints! Which is a service not a lot of locations provide. He advised me that CREDIT CARD SERVICES ARE ONLY FOR GROUPS OF 15 OR MORE - SINGLE PERSON IS CASH ONLY!!!! No need to bad mouth anyone for taking cash only, they are not the first, or last location who ask for "cash only". It is a little difficult to find location but it is located in a safe location, with FREE parking! The prices are also the cheapest I have encountered in Los Angeles. Thank you again for your speedy service, and homely environment.
Came in without an appointment for a live scan. Very efficient and quick. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Price was also very low as compared to other centers and I was explained what the charges were for. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a fast and fairly priced live scan service.
The information on the website is wrong, it states that the service cost $19 upon me calling Lee confirmed it was $20, an additional dollar for then printing the form for me, understandable. The website also stated they accept credit card as payment. When I arrived and handed him my plastic he said it was cash or checks ONLY. I had to go on a mission to get cash since I wasn't driving. Not an ideal experience but this was a task I needed to get done.
Great service Mr. Lee took no time in doing what need to be done to accommodate my live scan in the same day process. He even printed off my papers for me because I had no way to print.
