The Kenney Group at Morgan Stanley (Chris Kenney, specifically), breached fiduciary responsibility by moving my entire portfolio into my wife's name, without notice or consent, helping her block access to and hide joint funds. This issue was addressed with Morgan Stanley who denied wrongdoing and threatened me through attorneys after I tried to address the wrongdoing. This culminated in extensive legal costs for me. There was no accountability for the actions of their employee. Horrendous experience.
Morgan Stanley, specifically the Kenney Group, who operates from this branch, was a horrendous experience. Chris Kenney managed my family’s portfolio. My wife was planning a divorce, and Chris worked with her to move all our joint funds into her name in the months leading up to this. As I tried to gain access to my finances he would assist her in obstructing me in every way possible, resulting in damaged credit, account closures and more. He then used the legal team at Morgan Stanley to protect himself from the breach of fiduciary responsibility. Morgan Stanley protected their advisor by obstructing my access to documents, ignoring subpoenas and more. I deeply regret trusting the Kenney Group and Morgan Stanley.
