MK Lending is my #1 lender, by far. Their team is professional, well experienced, and very efficient in processing my transactions. Their rates are extremely competitive, but what sets them apart is their ability to trailer their programs to the borrowers. So many lenders talk a big talk, but MK actually delivers.
On the contrary, I had no problems getting my loan approved within 3wks of sending all the necessary documents. They explained and kept me informed during the entire loan process. The interest rate was excellent and comparable with the exiting market. And the money was wired into my account the day after closing. My agent made it so easy! I am completely satisfied with MK Lending.
The best Wholesale lender in the market. They have been my preferred lender for over 10 years and they have the best rates. I have personally funded over a billion dollars in loans in a 22 years of being a loan officer, so Im approved with most lenders. Tony Inouye is the best bank rep.
Stay away from this home loan broker. Moises Urbina says he has many years of experience in the home loan field. We were days away from closing on a new home in Buena Park. We followed everything that he asked to do. Told us everything was fine. Then he drops a bombshell and says we were denied in underwriting. Something he could have informed us weeks ago and we could have looked for other lenders. DO NOT USE MK Lending Corp aka US HOME LOAN LENDING!!!!! They will tell you everything is fine and then screw you. This guy is a total scammer. I never write reviews but felt compelled to let as many people know this broker is a scam artist. For your sake, do not use them.
