To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding discrimination and unprofessional conduct I experienced at one of your branch locations. I believe I was subjected to discrimination based on my legal last name, Kardashian, and because I am an African Black American woman. When I arrived at the branch for my scheduled appointment, which was booked with an employee named Suzy, the interaction was immediately uncomfortable and unprofessional. Suzy asked inappropriate and unnecessary personal questions regarding my last name, my past marriage, and multiple personal addresses I have lived at, which felt intrusive and unrelated to the purpose of my visit. Additionally, she misspelled my legal name, which resulted in an error on my account. I was forced to return to the bank at a later time just to have this mistake corrected — an error that should not have happened in the first place. The following day, when I attempted to make a deposit, I was informed that my account had been closed, without any proper explanation or wrongdoing on my part. I did absolutely nothing wrong to justify this action. This experience has been extremely upsetting and has left me feeling sick to my stomach. Visiting this location has been one of the worst decisions I have made, and the emotional distress caused by this situation is significant. I sincerely hope that corporate leadership will thoroughly investigate this matter. No customer should ever feel targeted, judged, or mistreated based on their name or race. I am deeply hurt by this experience and expect accountability, transparency, and corrective action. Thank you for taking this matter seriously. I look forward to your response. KEHLANI KARDASHIAN
I had a highly disappointing experience trying to open an account, where I was refused service without a U.S. passport. The customer service was far from satisfactory, leading to significant time wasted. Based on this experience, I would not recommend opening personal or business accounts with them. Additionally, my interaction with banker Suzy Tan was particularly concerning; her lack of professionalism and apparent unwillingness to assist a client were truly perplexing. I am not recommending anyone, who value their time visit the branch.
Customers serve is nonprofessional disrespectful with a discrimination appeal. Back to the area again. Their no change. Customers must be impressed with implementation that you the bank is serving the client an business prospective customers not the way of the employees attitude to get to a associate inside your facility ,
