The worst bank Ive ever banked with!!! Do yourself a favor and do not use this ridiculous bank, never had such a bad experience with a bank.
This bank SUCKS. It should be completely shut down so they can stop wasting everyone’s time. Hoping to give this feedback to their corporate. Waits go on for forever. For the simplest transactions. Edit to say: There was a white lady who looked right at me waiting to go next in line and just left. I thought she was clocking out so it was whatever. Nope, she just decided she was just going to chill, the entire time I was there. I did end up being helped by a very nice black lady who was left alone to handle the line that was to the door. She was extremely helpful and should be moved to a better bank with a better team.
No one picks up the damn phone. I've been calling for one hour straight in the afternoon. Also the phone line doesn't let you wait, the call just hangs up.
Look we all know that homelessness is a real crisis in Los Angeles and we do what we can do us as citizens of this city but for the past few days here there was a homeless person sleeping inside the branch by the ATMs. I mean the whole point for having ATMs inside is to ensure the safety of bank customers but really? A homeless shelter and a bank branch? Let alone the diseases that could be spread from that. Please ensure the safety of your customers.
Horrible customer service. She gave me a 15 minute interrogation to withdraw $50. She kept saying things like, we don't have your information in the system in spite of my having given her my driver's license, SSN, and literally having my online banking pulled up. The manager was just as bad. Go to Chase and keep your dignity.
