I work across the street from this building and really enjoy the temporary art installations they have here from time to time. I also enjoy the gorgeous permanent sculpture by Alexander Calder in the front courtyard, as well as the grounds which include man-made waterfalls that are very soothing to downtown office workers on their lunch break.
I was first in line and was asked to step out of line where other customers were taken care of before me even though we were there for the same reason.
I’ve been a Bank of America customer for over 30+ years, and today, I experienced the worst customer service while assisting with my organization accounts. With an appointment that they told us would start 10 mins after the scheduled time (we arrived 15 mins early), the two team members, of which one was a "supervisor," were inexperienced and unprofessional. Aggressive statements such as, “Well, you seem to know better than me,” and accusing one of us of recording them were just one of many negative aspects of this appointment. Not only were we disrespected, but our issue was still not resolved. During our appointment, their team spoke to another customer with the same lack of empathy, understanding, or effort to fix anything. The branch lacks management with appropriate skills, training, or professional etiquette to effectively serve customers. Do not go to this branch if you have common sense, intellect, advanced education, AND a diverse background, though sadly, the representative were as well an unnecessarily on the defense, as a result of their inabilities. I am so disturbed by today's lack of professionalism that I am considering closing my account(s) with BofA. A rating of 1 star is beyond deserving for this review.
