Not a bank customer. Was issued a Bank of America check. Bank teller was unsure about cashing the check, and failed to advise their superior regarding the validity of the check, but still requested the check to be signed. Rejected the check after it was signed and I was referred to a checking cashing institution. Now I can’t cash-out at a Western Union.
I had an appointment with Jini Song, and she was amazing! She’s perfectly bilingual, which made opening a new account so much easier. Thank you! If I need to visit BofA again, I’ll definitely come back here

Super slow customer service. Except young Korean cashiers, other all are work like tortoise.
