I can see why they can't have 5 stars. Was answering an emergency call on one of their parking spots, and a rude Asian lady worker came to tell me that I shouldn't be there. I was in no way planning in leaving my car here, and she wouldn't stop heckling me. I hope their service isn't like that, just wow.
Consistent issues ever since the buyout from Wilshire Bank. I keep them due to a lack of banking fees, but you definitely get what you pay for. Whether it's the ATM machines not returning your card, debit card printers pretty much being permanently out of order, holding regular paychecks for nearly an entire week, there is always SOME issue to keep me from getting my business done. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and understanding, but good customer service only goes so far if I can't get basic banking done on a regular basis.
I like this bank very good service
This is my family bank. My mom and dad have an account here and now I do. I love it. They treat me well and everyone knows who you are. It's a small bank, so they give you a lot of attention instead of those larger banks. My issues with this bank is its a Korean bank, so theres a language barrier. However they do have English and Spanish speaks so your safe. The other issue is the technology isn't up to date. I still don't have the new chip in my credit card and they done have Apple Pay, but that's just me. Overall it's a great bank with a great staff. I feel special every time I go there. Also the ATMs at 711 don't charge me to take money out. How awesome is that!
