Bank of hope need to correct their operation hour!! Saturday closed
Will never go to this bank again! The security guard tapped on my window while I was on the phone with the bank telling me I was in the parking lot for a long time. Please hire new security! He was interrupting my entire phone call. Please provide the information for the security so that I can file a complaint.
Worst bank ever!! if you want to be a new customer, please do not waste your time with this branch. The old lady who was in charge of new accounts was extremely rude. I don't know why they're asking so many nonsense questions. she said if I can't tell her how many times & how much money I will Withraw or deposit per month, then I can't open a new account. Who knows how many times you'll withdraw or deposit??? What kind of bank requires you to know that? I thought bank of hope was supposed to have excellent customer service.
I want to give less than 1 star. staff is not honest, security guide harassing women customer.
