When they say banks care about their customers, you know that’s untrue. Courtesy calls are nice but when they only operate while everyone’s at work, what’s the point of even having a physical location? I’ll say this branch’s customer service is nonexistent. I got a voicemail that I have a payment posted but with insufficient funds. I work an 8-5 so I had rushed out of work to make the deposit and made it to this location. I made it exactly by 5pm but they wouldn’t let me in because I was “30 seconds late.” Would’ve taken only 2 minutes. Unbelievable. I’ve had better experiences l with banks in Vietnam when I made it 5 min after closing. I hope they all feel good about clocking out on time.
There’s a sign directing business accounts and since I have a business account, naturally I follow the sign. Bank tellers make eye contact with me but do not acknowledge my presence as they continue taking customers from the regular line. Eventually I walk up and express my concern to which I am met with a hostile attitude. Worst customer care out of any Bank of Hope I’ve been to and I have been a loyal customer for 7 years.
I want to give less than 1 star. staff is not honest, security guide harassing women customer.
