My mother has been with Banc of California for many years. The tellers and other bank staff say hello to her by name. For a 90 years young lady, it is comforting to know her savings and finances are with people who know her personally. Thanks to Alma, one of the first persons who my mom worked with, Jennifer who helps with our CD’s, and Maximo, the teller who encouraged us to voice our positive opinions about your company.
Amazing customer service!! After dealing with both Hacienda Heights and Whittier branches it was so nice to finally meet a manager like Norma who understands customer service. The whole branch goes out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. I was ready to change banks due to their incompetence at the other branches but Norma convinced me to stay. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
The hours are horrible. They need to have hours that people that work or have a life can get to them. If they can afford to stay open longer they should cut more people to have people to stay longer or cut their hours so they have one person doing so many hours and then they leave when another person comes in so they get more hours to their days of operating and also add more days to their operating schedule.
Friendly staff members and good customer service. Always come here when I have a question on my account
Manager Jennifer has always been so helpful to me Her staff is always welcoming and very helpful as well
