So its been 2 months since I apply for a checking account and every time I ask what’s going one there’s always a new excuse never. Seen a. Bank like that all I can say it’s save ur time.
The representatives here seem more uptight than most other City Nationals I've been to, which can lead to less than pleasant experiences. However, the free valet parking is really convenient for Downtown L.A.
Expect awful customer service. Refused to open a simple checking account for zero reason at all. Please avoid Matt Hernandez and his “manager” at all costs. Not to worry, there are other legitimate banks nearby that will gladly do business. Feel free to avoid these fools.
I went in the Flower and Wilshire I have never experienced so much racism. My dad had to cash in a $200 personal check he got as a bonus. Had us waiting for 1hour sweeping us up and down because we were mexicans Awful experience shame on them!!
