I had to deposit money to someone. I tried to search for it, but it was hard to find. I had to search by adding the words "open" and "bank". There aren't many branches. The bank is clean, and parking is relatively convenient for downtown.
If I could only rate them a zero. Actually my experience with the bank manager left me feeling as if she is quite racist. Los Angeles is pretty diverse, but the manager here is not competent enough to help the bank grow. It's an unfortunate downfall that her negativity and ignorance is what people can look forward to for help. I don't leave many reviews but felt the need to leave this one.
I will have trouble feeling comfortable here. I saw security guard and manager working here . Removed his mask and Coughed in a 5ft 86 pd girls face tried to kick her . manager was not on site to complain
Worst bank period !!!
