My job that I briefly worked for gave me a paper check to cash through here. I went in and was told I need a passport and license what kind of bullshit policy is that. I can only imagine the other inconveniences this bank causes people. Who the hell wakes up and says im going to open a account at open bank? 😂 I see why reviews are terrible even at other locations
I am signer on a business account that I'm not the business owner nor affiliated to the business. Due to the dormant status, the account balance dropped to negative balance. Received call from the branch employee stating that I have to cover the balance. Told the banker that I'm not the business owner nor affiliated with the business. The banker didn't let me speak was making threats that this will be reported to the ChexSystem.
They do not give you back your money!!!! Do not transfer any money into their high yield savings accounts. Will never send you an approval text and then will cancel the transfer
This place charges $5 to cash their own checks! It was only $120! Boo! Wells Fargo doesn't do that. Scandalous!
Great customer services.. I have been a client for more than a year!
