The system is a complete mess, and the responsibility falls on the customer. They issued duplicate checkbooks and claim they have no responsibility because the checkbooks were issued by a checkbook company, not the bank. I cannot understand this reasoning. All I did was order an Open Bank checkbook. In order to use Open Bank, customers have to go through unnecessary steps to thoroughly verify the bank’s affiliates or subcontractors. This is because the bank shifts the responsibility onto the customer.
Please stay away from this bank, their customer service is absolutely terrible but love taking you’re money when establishing an account As for Manager Kim, absolutely terrible service, extremely bad service and very rude; I can see other employees do not respect Manager Kim, you will see my at every bank except this one
There are so many reasons why I would recommend this bank to all friends n family. I love the great offers and especially the reassurance of my money being in good hands. The employees here are definitely kind and professional. this bank is probably the next bank that will be rising up there along with BofA chase,Citi etc. Check into this bank.
i been here a couple of times and the attendant was racist . 😡😡
Don't use this bank. I needed a statement, so I tried online banking, but it didn't work. I went in person, and they're demanding a $5 monthly fee. I explained the whole story, but they insisted there was nothing wrong with their system. The female employee's unresponsiveness to me is really upsetting. I'm going to close your account.
