After the system upgrade, online & mobile banking are messed, but no one at the head office answers the phone. The automated response is full of messages, so no one can leave a message. I have never seen such an irresponsible bank. Except for the friendliness of the staff at the branch office, this bank is not even worthy of a 1-star rating.
