Had to rest under the awning next door in a rainstorm and security didn't even bust us. Keep it real.
When I visited this bank, I was impressed by the kindness of the officer, Hyojung Hur. When I asked her various questions, she made me feel comfortable through a caring conversation with a detailed explanation. All of them were very helpful to me.
I went to this bank accompanying my friend who was trying to complete a transaction and was mocked by associate Eunice Kim. Clerks and customer service agents used sarcastic tones against us and even began to get angry as we asked reasonable questions.
They closed before 5pm. I took photo because time have to be very strict for their customer. I will report this bank to the headquater because it is not the first time actually. Security was very rude. I don't totally understand why they locked entrance before 5pm.
I just made a 100k transaction but they don’t even let me use the bathroom. Please don’t go here
