I had a very unpleasant experience at this branch today. The staff member with a brown bob haircut wearing a beige suit was extremely rude and dismissive, not only toward me but also toward her colleagues. Even though I was standing there waiting for assistance, she did not acknowledge me and instead turned away to tend to a plant and eat. When I asked a simple question, she scolded me for asking it. I have never experienced this level of rudeness at a bank. Basic courtesy and respectful communication should be the minimum expectation in a customer-facing role.

The security guard is very rude. I was trying to use the ATM to deposit money but he was cleaning it with paper towels. I asked him in Korean if I could use it & he snapped at me in English NO. Then he said 10 MINUTES. And yelled something else in English that I didn't understand. I went inside in hopes of getting help from a teller or banker. I asked him when he walked in why he yelled at me. He explained in Korean that the ATM was going through maintenance. He said he wasn't yelling & that it was just the way he talked. Then he shouldn't be working with the public if he's going to be so rude to customers. I'm the one being inconvenienced yet he spoke to me as if I was a burden for trying to use the ATM at a bank I have an account with. Even after 10 minutes, the ATM wasn't available and he SNAPPED AT ME AGAIN! He told me I needed to wait. When I tried to get the attention of a banker who wasn't with a customer, he SNAPPED AT ME AGAIN & said I needed to sit down! I waited almost 20 minutes & finally spoke with a banker. When I told her the security guard was rude, she blew me off & said she didn't hear or see anything. I'm thinking of taking my money out of Woori Bank.

I went in to break a hundred dollar bill and was refused. I went to the next bank, and they broke it with no problems. I would never use this bank for any of my banking solutions, especially as a business owner. They don't have the common sense to try to build relationships with possible new clients by performing a simple task of exchange. Worst bank I've been to! Don't go.

I visited here one day. I had to wait for a long time at the window because the cashier (Jenny Han?) had a private conversation by phone at that time. The other cashier looked very busy but helped me out. Thanks.
