Went in to inquire my statement for a student loan that has been paid off since 2013. They stated they only keep 7 years of records which from my knowledge its only the medical field does this not finance. Especially when its involved with the Department of Education(Student loan). Do I need to subpoena this statement? Completely poor customer service. 👎
I was spam called by this branch 3 times in a row during my doctors appointment. I tried calling back and nobody answers. I don't use Wells Fargo, I don't even live in California anymore. What do you want? Why are you spam calling me? And why don't you leave a voice mail if it's so important that you have to call me multiple times!
I visited the Wells Fargo today to open a bank account. In the past, when I went to other branches, I was usually told that they were too busy and that I should make an appointment or open the account online. I explained that I was having trouble doing it online myself, but they just said they couldn’t help. But this time, everything was different. The team here — especially this gentleman (photo attached) — was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though I think he might be new to the job, he took the time to assist me with opening the account online. He was patient, professional, and had a very warm attitude. I really appreciate his help and I wish him all the best. With such a great approach to customers, I’m sure he will succeed! Thank you again!
1.Wells Fargo Bank ALL - Lankershim North Hollywood is NOT a bank I recommend. 2. Non payment for Life determination decisions, tossing payments all over the board to others and dangers routes. 3. I do NOT owe Well Fargo any money whatsoever. 4. You Changed for the worse. 5. I banked with Wells Fargo over 10 years. All accounts satisfied. 4. The local Community should receive this honest review to help Google review see the issue. 5. Your inappropriate dealing are bringing down the LA County. 6. Pay who is owed. Stop misdirecting life payments. 7. Your a friend or a person of some morals do NOT get involved with these inappropriate money dealings. 8. I expected this local branch Wells Fargo to be morally correct in dealing with my credit worthy name. The Woman That Knows
Forget about customer service, how about just common human decency? Nope! We had an appointment to open an account at 2:30. We arrived on time and waited. After 5 minutes the woman we had the appointment with (Sandra) walked right past us without acknowledging our existence and out the front door, wearing her coat. After another 10 minutes the manager approached us and asked if we had an appointment. Yes! 15 minutes ago. He informed us that she went to lunch late and said he had no idea when she'd return. We waited a while longer. She came back in carrying a Starbucks bag and walked right past us again, could clearly see us, and still no acknowledgment. She went into the back room and stayed there. After several minutes the manager followed her and I could hear him berating her, that she needed to come out and take care of us. After a couple more minutes she appeared again and while in the middle of chewing her lunch approached us. Then she proceeded to inform us that she was the only one in the office so we would have to wait another 20 minutes in order for her to assist us. I replied "so after we've already been waiting 25 minutes for an appointment you knew was scheduled, you would like us to sit here for another 20 minutes?" And she very matter of factly replied back that yes, she had other appointments and also continued with her "I need to eat right now" story. We told her we weren't willing to wait 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment, which she was delighted by and returned to the break room (not even the slightest hint of an apology or seeming to care at all). Now, I understand needing have a little something to eat, or being pressed for time... HOWEVER. Who walks directly past customers twice knowing they have an appointment with you, and you can't even stop for a moment to say a word to them about not being able to honor an appointment in a timely manner? That's not just bad customer service, it's downright disrespectful. Then you have the audacity to be irritated when the manager tells you to do your job and just open your mouth and say actual words to us! I don't know how this woman hasn't been fired yet? Nice job Sandra! We'll be taking our business elsewhere to open a business account!
