⭐ 1 Star (Would give 0 if I could) Honestly, my first mistake was coming to this Wells Fargo on 1200 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017 without checking the terrible reviews first. I should’ve listened, because they were right. I came in just trying to cash a check, waited patiently in line, and when it was finally my turn, I got helped by a woman named Celestia (not sure how her name is spelled). She talked super fast, was rude, and didn’t seem to care at all. I told her I had my California ID, but she said I needed a school ID, which made no sense since I’ve already graduated. When I tried to explain that to her, she just kept cutting me off and talking over me in a really disrespectful way. My mom tried to step in and explain too, but Celestia was still being rude and dismissive, so we just walked out. I left feeling completely disrespected and shocked — this was my first time at a Wells Fargo, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. Afterward, I called the bank, and thankfully the woman who answered the phone was very nice and understanding. She listened, took my report seriously, and said she would make sure it was passed along. I really appreciated her kindness — she was the only positive part of this whole experience. If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I won’t ever come back here again, and I don’t recommend anyone else wasting their time either.
Only one bank teller helping guests for regular transactions. After 3 weeks from 3 stars to five: faster service with the use of new atm machine. Banker was readily available during transaction. Parking is free with vilidation.
Worse possible service! I come here regularly bc, unfortunately, it's the closest branch; without fail there is always a line out the door about 10 people deep, on a good day, and another 6 to 8 inside; only bc they insist on having two or three, out the ten, windows open! I come here for a business deposit and my transaction takes 90 seconds, at most, yet I'm here in line for 30 to 40 min, bc they fail to open up a business only window, even after multiple requests and formal complaints! I really am sick of this branch and their lack of consideration for their customers!
The worst branch. Came in today to find out there is no banker to help. My account got frozen due fraud protection. Don’t waste your time here. They should close this branch.
Literally the worst Wells Fargo. Avoid this one! Continuously long lines and no direction. Always at least 15 people always waiting in line. And NO, I will not email someone separately. And I know this is not the service you strive for but it’s the service this branch is giving, or should I say lack there of.
