I had a situation with closing escrow funding and wiring transfer issue and the bank took care of everything from beginning to end. Polite staff and manager. I am not currently a customer here but am thinking about changing because of the personable service they provided. Never busy and does not feel so corporate. I disliked local Korean but this time it was different.

Awesome service, they are very kind and polite. I love having a branch near me that that such great service and wonderful staff. The branch manager is professional and her team is top notch!!

You can't get quarter rolls WITHOUT having an account there. All while 5 people are in there doing absolutely nothing. Super lame.
