I had the worst experience at this branch. I arrived at 1:00 pm for an urgent international wire transfer and waited until 2:30 pm for the manager to finally sign the paperwork—only to be told the cut-off was 2:00 pm and I’d have to come back tomorrow. Because of their poor management, my payment to a Hong Kong production factory was not sent, and my business credit was severely damaged. The manager brushed it off with a casual “Sorry folks.” Completely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and reputation, stay away from this branch.
Osmin was such a gentleman & very polite! He helped me open a bank account although I didn’t make an appointment beforehand. The service was great & so quick. Thank you so much. Such a great person. It was my first time opening an account & I’m glad I came to US bank. Most definitely recommend this location. :)
My wife wanted to open a bank account. They said you have to make an appointment. I remember when you can open a bank account right away. What happened? So we opened one with Chine, they did it immediately. Us Bank lost out on some interest.
They messed around with my account.not helpful and now have closed my account with out any contact or asked questions just decided to ruin lives
This Branch is no longer inside the Ralphs like in my previous review. The new location a couple of doors down and in the same lot is a breath of fresh air. It is easy to get in and out and wait times have really cut down. Kudos to this team!
