I stopped by this Chase bank right when they open to get cash. I was across the street at Target so it was convenient for me to just visit this branch to get cash. I didn't use the outside ATM because I never trust them so I went inside. I saw they have a Amazon pickup locker here so that's nice. When I walked inside the bank, there was basically no one inside so I was able to just use the ATM near the teller window. I didn't have any issues and got my quick cash. I found parking easily in the front but this plaza will get busy because Trader Joe's is here.
A none caring group of employees. They will not work for you. They do not care about there customers. Worst branch ever. Go somewhere else, you be more happier.
Sandra Bone-Gonzalez did a fantastic job by assisting me today with my accounts. Very professional, knowledgeable and a great person overall. Appreciate her service and patience with me! 10 starts out of 5!!!
The banker sandra is extremely rude and unprofessional apart from her everybody else in staff is okay
Customer service is not a high point here. I was looking to open a new account due to I was in a serious accident and a settlement came in. The young lady at the teller looked as if she seen a ghost. No one was in the bank other than two customers which one was being helped and the other walked as I was told they couldn't help me today due to them being booked up. But the customer that walked in was able to get help with a mobile device issue. Customer service in some places are at a total zero.
