This bank is the worst. The tellers are the worst. I have been depositing cash & paying my credit card with just my Chase cards for years. Now all of a sudden today they can't except a cash deposit or a cash payment without an accompanying ID. The dumbest employees employed. Im not taking money out only trying to put money in. Tomorrow I will be closing all six of my accounts including 2 business accounts. Im not dealing with the incompetency. No other bank treats their valued customers like this..
A few days ago, I had an experience in your bank. Tony Markaryants, a bank employee, greeted me very politely and good-naturedly. He was very professional and helped me a lot to get a credit card. I am very impressed and satisfied with his service. Thank you so much Tony.
Be careful with the streets near this company. It is on this street that they fine for 1 minute. Probably someone is warning.
Virgie is very helpful and accommodating. She helped us with a mortgage billing problem that was very stressful. She definitely went above and beyond. God bless.
