I visited the Larchmont Village Chase branch in Los Angeles, CA for the notarization of a document and Omar Said serviced me with that. He went the extra mile to help me achieve notarization. Omar was very professional and polite beyond words. While at the branch, I observed and felt a very nice atmosphere. Other employees I had brief contact with were also very kind and professional. I'm happy I found this Chase branch near me to visit when I need to. I'll be voicing it out to my friends. Thnx!:)
Nice folks at this bank. I had a two fraudulent checks written on my account. I spoke with a manager and they helped me close my old account but still let pending deposits clear. They print additional checks for me when needed and they have an express lane for business accounts too. I frequently use their ATMs in the hallway that can be accessed after hours using your ATM card
Absolutely the worst! Been trying to deal with help my uncle, who has dementia, get accounts squared away with trust documents for the last 3 months. They NEVER answer the phone, no one follows through, no one calls back. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional business.
Lines aren't long, if there's any at all. It's a small branch. Friendly staff. But it’s a bit of a pain for other services such as opening or managing CD’s. Such a small staff. The Vine/Sunset branch has more staff and it’s such a unique building, mosaics and stained glass from back in the day when it was Home Savings.
Poor service! only have to banker on Tuesday and they have no parking at all. I have to walk almost 2 blocks from somewhere that I can parked my car. It’s street parking but Larchmont Blvd is always busy. Don’t come to do business here at all
