I visited this branch on 12/29/25 at approximately 4:30pm. I wanted to withdraw a “large sum” out of my checking account. I am a plumbing contractor and currently in the market for a new work truck. Before walking up to a teller window I filled out the proper paper work to initiate a checking account withdrawal. I walked up to the teller window and handed over the filled out withdrawal paper request and my California real ID. I was helped by bank teller “Nana” she is of Armenian descent and has zero customer service! She asked me in front of her co workers and other customers if I wanted to withdrawl the large amount I had requested!!! I felt very uncomfortable and scared! Why would she repeat the amount in front of a crowded bank? This bank is equipped with digital keypads where a customer can confirm withdrawal amounts by pressing a green button! Why would Nana put my safety in jeopardy like this? People have been hurt and killed by being followed home from the bank after remaking a large withdrawal! This was not ok! She needs to be removed from the window and re trained
Just went in to deposit money to my account my grandma had an issue with a check where she was not going to be able to cash a check. Jesus really came through was very patient and professional he resolved the problem made her day a whole lot better thank you so much brother. You are really good at what you do for your clients may god bless you.
Nova greeted me as I walked in and assisted me until I was done. I could have done what he helped me with myself, but he took care of me. Very nice!
I had trouble opening my business account at another branch and was scrambling to get it sorted. Angela Bredy at Chase went above and beyond to fit me in and help me get everything squared away. She was kind, patient, and made the whole process easy when I really needed it. Highly recommend working with her if you can!
Be aware ATM ( vestibule) not available till after 8 a.m Why doesn't Chase allow it's customer to use the ATM before 8 a.m ? It's should be available 24hr. Wells Fargo next door has atm available for their customer to use at anytime.
