Spent an hour waiting on the ENTIRE staff to figure out how to cash my check. They were incompetent and provided terrible customer service. In the end, I solved the issue MYSELF by calling the corporation’s customer service line. Something they could’ve easily done, but refused to. I will never be returning.

They deposited a check that was made out to and they helped one of their costumes commit fraud.

Was needed fo break $20 for $1 bills.The answer was "only for customers of the bank". Really disappointed.
