So friendly and kind. You may expect best experienced tour arrangements
They answer the phone with a sweet voice. Yet, the employees leave work abandoned, leaving the tasks unfinished. They fail to keep their promise to return the money, making various excuses. I called the company on Saturday morning during regular business hours, but they complained that they woke me up from sleep at home. Did they even know where I was when I called? A few years ago, I went on a South America trip arranged by this agency; the plans changed, and we were put on a new route we had never visited before, causing many people to nearly get injured walking on ice. Now, I feel cheated again, and it seems I will be ripped off. Given the significant waste of time and emotional distress, I ask that you avoid using this travel agency if possible.
