This was an exceptional stay. Exceptional. Omar and Mohammed at the front door/valet were so friendly and kind, and quite efficient in taking care of our family of 4 needs. The locations of the hotel is prime, making Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Broadway, Central Park and Upper East side easily accessible. Room service was wonderful with many different choices and expedient service. Our room was large, very comfortable, and extremely clean. Only minor and expected street noise could be heard on the 15th floor. Hector and the rest of the staff made our NYC trip easy, friendly, and comfortable. Thank you so much, you have made a dedicated Omni patron out of me!
Great place to stay in NYC! The midtown location is SO CONVENIENT for everything New York offers. The subways are so close by, Grand Central is 4 blocks away, theater is right across town, Central Park- restaurants- shopping... it's all so easily accessible from this location. The hotel service and staff are exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay!
I think this hotel managed to invent a new material which perfectly passes noise despite a physical separation from other rooms and the outside world. You will hear your neighbors whispers. It is uncanny. Also boggles my mind that this place is considered 4 stars. No coffee maker, no refrigerator, zero amenities. I don't care about that stuff but it is fascinating. They could not pay me to spend another night in this dump
had a great stay at Omni New York. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Midtown Manhattan and easy access to public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The price is reasonable for what you get, especially considering the prime location. Overall, I would recommend Omni New York to anyone planning a trip to NYC — a solid choice for both comfort and value.
This was by far the worst hotel in NyC as far as service goes. The only good thing about it was the bellmen. So disappointed from the moment I walked in to the receptionist to service. Requested water and it took them two days ti deliver after multiple requests. Then the older ma at the desk gave me an attitude. The room was not worth the $$ paid.
