I only came here once last year and I came here for the second time. I only visited here once but she remember my face and name. The services that this place provides are amazing. It's very small, but it'll be more reliable than a bank. They provide incredibly convenient services and seem to think and work as if it were their job. They don't try to protect themselves like banks. They always think from the customer's perspective and make efforts for the convenience of the customer and provide the service with sincere work until the end. They are smart and kind Koreans who even provide personal counseling. It's a great place. I trust more than my family when it comes to the accuracy of my work.

We wanted to exchange 100 Euro. At other locations (In the area of the walk of fame we got 104 Dollar. Here only 96. The FEE itself is 6 Dollar! This is an insolence! If you still want to go there it is on the 3rd floor of the parking garage

Charged a $6 fee but also rounded down without saying anything. Not very transparent until you get the receipt and she mentioned that they had a better rate than the bank, but when I looked up to do a money order at BOA, they were offering more. Just going to the bank next time.

My experience ??.. let s see.. i think they are ok working loool.. but... either u call they pick up n they hang up on you ?? then u call back even tho business hours says 9-5 at 16h00 they are already gone for the day!! Grrrrr..not to mention if u are able to speak w someone the hold on the fone !!!... i hope their exchange rates are more efficient then their enthousiasme for working.. ??? Good luck..

The attitude and rudeness I received was super disappointing after I travelled from Hollywood because of the Google reviews in the first place. the lady working refused to change Australian dollars because "no one wanted to buy them" and then gave me a wave good-bye gesture. Don't waste your time here.
