Hi everyone, I'm sharing my opinion. For me, the service is very expensive and not good. I don't mind paying the price, but I'd prefer a service with experience. The clothing isn't the right size.

I took my daughter's Prom Dress for Alteration due to the length. According to the lady I was charged $51.00 because the material was silk. Upon taking the measurements for the alteration, she suggested paying another $25.00 to adjust the shoulder straps. I abruptly paid her for the length adjustment and declined the straps adjustment. I picked up the dress and took it to another place which located in my neighborhood and they charged me $10.00 to adjust the straps. Honestly these people have no empathy and only care about the money. This was a good experience for my family to learn to support businesses within our community that really appreciate our business.

My husband and I had a great experience here. I got my wedding dress altered, dry cleaned along with 2 suits. My wedding dress was excellent, I needed a lot done to it. The lady got it done with short notice. I plan on going back!

This place is a hidden gem! The owner is one of the most pleasant people to interact with! Customer service is top notch! Prices are great especially for the superb quality of work! I've been using this place for over 4 years! I would not go anywhere else for my dry cleaning, alterations or custom work! Helen is a lovely human!
