I've been meaning to post this. I bought flowers for my wife's birthday and the flowers were very fresh. Some lasted two weeks. I thought it looked great and my wife was very happy. The pricing seemed very fair and they were ready promptly.

Don't order from here if you: - Care about the person you're sending flowers to. -Want a florist who understands that flowers have meaning. -Want transparency and communication from a business. I ordered flowers as a gift for a bereavement gift for a friend. I specifically chose a bouquet that had sunflowers as they were special flowers to the family. Without any communication with me, the sunflowers were replaced with yellow gerberas which I found out when I received a photo from my friend. When I expressed dissatisfaction with Stardust, I was told that told that they replace flowers if they're a similar colour and type. If I had known this, I would have ordered them from a company that could provide what I wanted as this made the gift less personal and special. I think that a florist should understand that flowers have special meaning and not change out flower types without communicating to the client. Their refund policy says that if you are dissatisfied, they'll issue a full or partial refund or send new flowers. They offered to send a new bouquet with sunflowers after they came back from vacation, 3 weeks after the funeral would have happened and after my friend returned home and was no longer in Surrey. This wasn't acceptable and was a meaningless solution, so I asked for some kind of refund. I have not received any communication since, despite emailing before they left on vacation and it now being over a week since they returned from vacation.

I stopped by Fresh St Market at first but they didn't have any nice flowers on display, I was in urgent need of a bouquet that day and found Stardust nearby. I called the owner and she gladly took my custom bouquet order and had it ready for pick up within 30 minutes as requested. I asked for an all white bouquet with an assortment of flowers and she arranged them beautifully. Flowers were relatively fresh and I felt like I definitely got a great value for the price I paid. Definitely recommend this place, support local businesses!

their flowers are absolutely perfect! i had lots of questions over the phone and they answered all of it very nicely :) when i went to go pick up this bouquet, i was greeted with a very warm smile ☺️ i had to wait for a couple of minutes before it was handed to me, but i didnt mind the waiting at all

I received birthday flowers ordered by my Mom in Halifax and they are gorgeous! Bouquet is big, beautiful, and fresh. I sent her a photo and she was happy I got what was ordered. Delivery driver was great too.
