After trying to unclog my badly clogged toilet for a whole day, I decided to call several local plumbers. The reasonable pricing and great customer service had me choose to go with him. Unlike other local plumbers, he gave me an approximate price range so I could prepare myself before he even got to my place to check things out. I hope my toilet never gets clogged again, but if it does, I know who to call. Thanks for your great service!
Won recently installed a new garburator at my house. He was responsive and able to come the same day. He arrived on schedule, his rates were fair, and his installation was done well. He also did a thorough inspection of my basement drains /plumbing as we had mystery odour. Overall I feel he went above and beyond the call and I would definitely use him again.
Won provided great service last week unclogging a toilet. He did this a couple of years ago and remembered the last call. Responded really quickly and provided fast and friendly service. I texted a video of a warped door to him by accident and he even responded to that with a YouTube on how to fix it!
He dealt with all the problems quickly and neatly. He also gave me lots of useful tips on using gabrator.
