I worked today from morning with then on their car and detailed their cars. I understood that i worked with very high quality customer service people who work for housings , realtors, brockrages and much more. I RECOMAND TO EVERYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES. In my opinion if people that kind of nice behaviour i can imagine what kind of work they can do for you. IN OTHER WORS I RECOMAND ANYONE THAT ARE IN NEED OF THIS TYPE OF SERVICE TO NOT Hesitate and go directly to them 6321 Young street ,North York. main entrance at front face looks at center point mall beside us Starbucks. My experience with New Concept (Royal LePage) was good. I worked with them to obtain a unit at a very in demand pre-construction condo. They assured me that they would be able to get me and my mother each a unit and despite some hiccups along the way, the New Concept team jumped through hoops to get us 2 units. After signing the sales agreement, Kyle and Joe continued to provide us with good service and prompt responses to our questions. After sales service is very important to me and I appreciate that the team not only helps their clients with the transaction itself but also with concerns throughout the legthy process of a pre-construction project. I would recommend this brokerage to anyone looking for a pre-construction condo. Thank you Joe and team for your service!

Absolutely amazing experience, Joe helped us get our first condo with such ease that it made the whole process a lot of fun, everyone in the office was always nice and friendly and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to hopefully working again in the future !
