John is the most unprofessional mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. He had made lots of mistakes due to him having a hard time understanding things. He does not care and you constantly have to call him and ask for an update. I have a credit score of over 800 and $0 debt and over 7 figures in assets and provided all the documents including my notice of assessment and he couldn't get me even $1 in mortgage. DO NOT GO TO HIM. He is extremely incompetent. He will never call you and never update you and will destroy your credit by checking your credit and getting you denied even if you have $10,000,000 in your account and credit score of over 800. He couldn't even get me $1.
