We engaged real estate agents Karen Daniel and Michael Seltzer of Harvey Kalles Brokerage to sell our Bayview Village, North York condo. From the moment we met them, we knew Karen and Michael were serious, experienced professionals. Within a day or two, they had the Harvey Kalles photographer in our building taking pictures. They quickly listed our unit on MLS at the end of June 2025 at an agreed upon price with over 45 amazing photos of our unit. Within a week, we had several buyer's requests for showings, and 6 weeks later, we had an offer at our asking price, which we accepted, and we closed the sale on October 1, 2025. Honestly, we still can't believe how this all happened so quickly in a very slow Toronto buyers market. Karen and Michael worked very hard negotiating and convincing the buyer's agent and the buyers that this was a dream come true deal they can't walk away from in these difficult times. The sale of our condo had Karen Daniel marked all over it from the listing to the close. Karen navigated us all through the entire proceedings, resulting in a success story. She was our graceful White Swan smoothly gliding on the surface but paddling vigouresly under water to make us very happy sellers. Thank you, Karen and Michael Forever grateful LEVSET

My wife and I recently engaged the services of Harvey Kalles Real Estate for our move to a new city. Our sales rep Mahsa Parseh was very friendly and quickly helped us find some good options. She showed us an apartment and helped us make an offer the next morning. Despite it being a Sunday, she was very responsive and helped us with the paperwork. However, the moment the offer was accepted, she became very unreliable. She stopped responding to our questions and even failed at the basic - yet crucial - task of getting us the lease. We did not have a copy of the lease until one day before it started, and this was only obtained by reaching out directly to building management. She provided us incorrect information about rent and terms of the lease and, after assuring us that she would investigate further, she never got back to us. Overall, I was very disappointed with her services as she was unavailable when we needed her the most. I would not recommend this brokerage.

I won’t do any business, whether selling, buying or leasing a property with Harvey Kalles real estate. I was sitting beside my husband and listening when he was speaking to salesperson Errol Paulicpulle. He was unprofessional, rude and arrogant the way he responded to my husband. He is the listing agent for the property but doesn’t have any willingness to give any answers for a few simple questions. Honestly he’ the worst realtor ever we experienced. I also feel sorry for the seller or leased property owner with him because of his lack of professionalism. There’s more than a thousand realtors out there, find someone who is willing to work with you.
