I’ve been working with Sam Ahn since 2019, so it’s been about 6 years now. Over that time he’s always been professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. He responds quickly and explains things clearly without overcomplicating anything. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured, and I genuinely trust that he looks out for my best interest. Sam helped us in selling our condo in this very slow market. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was always a phone call/ email away. He was honest with us from the beginning, so we knew what to expect. He was also very hands on, and helped us in finding contacts for repairs, painting and cleaning, which made it so much easier for us to get our condo looking like new before putting it on the market. All in all, great service, great help, and made the selling of our condo a straightforward and stress-free experience.
