Tolga NOT award winning realtor substandard customer service and unprofessionalism. In response to Ken, as I mentioned in our last phone call… The purpose of the first meeting with Tolga was to provide my personal information, discuss the procedures and view the houses I wanted as originally agreed to with Tolga (refer to emails). Tolga did NOT provide client care and transparency: he lied about 24hr viewing notice when in actuality it was 2 hr, then he cancelled last minute knowingly that I came from Vancouver with no consideration for my time. These actions are in support of my claim of your brokerage negative reviews of the substandard communication and poor client care Tolga provided (refer to Rossi P review), or how (Raj reviews) states of how your agent yells and sounds drunk, and how (Nathan and Mary B reviews) mentions of spam calls and non stop calls from your office. My new Realtor stated that Tolga did not provide client care and transparency in accordance of your regulatory (TRESA) client care requirements and guidelines. In addition, Personal information is not provided over the phone prior to first meeting and mutual agreement. To this day Tolga DIDNOT apologize for his lies and last minute cancelation. Very disappointed.

SPIRO KLONIZAKIS Called me and was extremely rude. My clients had booked a showing and Spiro was upset because we missed the 15 minute showing because of a medical emergency. We did not have time to cancel it and so he yelled at us and threatened us. We were told the property was vacant and that nobody lived at the address. The showing auto booked so we thought nothing of it. I had just hung up on him when he got like that and he was just very unprofessional and troublesome. He sounded like he was drunk. Do not book this realtor he has zero forgiveness and likes to hurt people. That really shows someone character. Hire someone that enjoys helping people not hurting them.
