This lawyers job was simple compared to many. 1 misdemeanor, He’s appearing via zoom & has the green light to go to all court dates on my behalf. All he wants is plea of guilt or he will not represent me. The court offered a lesser charge with a plea of guilt, once a program is completed we can ask for a dismissal or whatever. The crowns open to what we request but the outcome isn’t guaranteed of course. Nonetheless I requested no charge after the program because I’m not guilty and don’t want charges that’ll make it hard to find a job on record. They’re also already willing to drop the charge to a lesser one. He’s walking away from representing me because of my request to not grab the first bone they throw. Notice how he doesn't give me the link to the court appearance he’s been attending on my behalf via zoom for several months.. He has been attending court on my behalf because the courts granted this for me, but he couldn’t send me the link so I can make this abrupt change. Also quick to let me know the repercussions while acknowledging I don’t have the link. I have court at 9am tomorrow, not in one week from today.. Just imagine if this was you. “Save your Time & find a lawyer who will “Represent” You properly if you care about your future. #Greatlawyer!

If you don’t want a record, this isn’t your guy. You will notice he doesn’t listen the minute you speak to him.. @18yrs old he convinced me to plea to a felony @18yrs old ! I’m 27 & he’s doing the same thing with a petty misdemeanour that I wasn’t even on the scene for. Funny enough if I do plea again, these two charges would be the only charge on my record. This isn’t the guy.
