I have been a client of this firm for seven years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. From day one, I made it very clear that my application was urgent and time-sensitive. But they did not take me seriously at all. Despite my repeated emails and follow-up. they took so long to get back to me every time i sent an email to this woman Montserrat J. and received no confirmation of receipt until I followed up myself. The lack of effiency and the lack of good communication made me cancel their services even before they can submit my application to the Government website. They took way too long and it was already too late for me. having Montserrat in charge of my case/application was the MOST FRUSTRATED EXPERIENCE i have ever lived. and this is not the first time i had a bad experience with Montserrat J. Now I have to deal with the consequences of the lack of effiency and professionalism of montserrat and I expect getting my refund asap from the goverment fees at least. Invicta Law just lost a loyal and long term client thanks to Montserrat J.

The lack of communication and effiency made me cancel their services even before they submit my application. They took WAY TOO LONG and it was very late for me. Having Montserrat in charge of my application was the most frustrating and stressful experience I have ever had. And this is not the first time I had a bad experience with Montserrat but I still gave a chance to invicta but not anymore. I’m done. I’m still expecting my refund, at least some of it this week. And Thanks to Montserrat J. invicta law just lost a loyal and long term client.

I contacted Brentwood Law for help with estate planning, and the experience was excellent.
