The North Road Law & Notary have done a couple of transactions for us in the past. Recently, the Team have processed our pre-sale of a condo very efficiently. The Manager, Deborah Choi was very knowledgeable and keeping us well informed and on track of the entire process. It was also nice that they give us the copy of the documents in a nice binder so it is easy to keep them! We would highly recommend them.
Absolutely unacceptable. I walked into this notary office to notarize documents and the front desk clerk never even looked at me. She spent over 15 minutes on the phone, completely ignoring me the entire time. I left without being acknowledged once. Shocking lack of respect and professionalism unbelievable for a public notary office.
We have used north road law more than 4 times and we were extremely satisfied with the service and quality we received from Eleanor Chung. She is awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Hands down the best lawyer in B.C.
I don't know how good the lawyers here are, but I think they should at least provide some training to the female reception staff on friendliness. I went there to ask a simple question and make a request, but I was really upset by the rude attitude they gave me without even making eye contact, let alone greeting me.
It's okay. Better than other lawyers' offices although not perfect. Liked their prompt response and communication very much.
