Absolutely the worst bank branch I’ve ever dealt with. No one knows what they’re doing, completely disorganized and unprofessional. The staff and advisors are rude and dismissive. I had more knowledge than they did. I invested a lot here and just wanted to apply for a student line of credit. The advisor Nicholas never replied to my email for over a week, and when I went in again, another advisor, Milica, acted like my question was a joke and didn’t even bother to help. The manager ignored me while chatting and laughing right in front of me. It’s shocking this branch is still open. Check their 2-star rating says it all. Close this location already.

I had an excellent experience with Krishna! She was efficient, focused, and went above and beyond to resolve my online banking issue and fix my two-step verification. She handled everything professionally, making what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier. I really appreciated her patience and dedication — truly outstanding service!

Ani Cama has been an incredible Financial Advisor Representative at this branch. She’s always super helpful, responsive, and genuinely takes the time to explain things clearly and thoughtfully. I really appreciate how proactive and supportive she is. It feels reassuring to work with someone who truly cares and consistently goes the extra mile.

Rude and unwilling to be helpful for simple requests. I was going to make this my home branch, but thank goodness for this simple interaction today, which went off the rails. The attitude of the staff when doing their job is beyond me. To make matters worse. I called customer service, who advised me that the issue the branch/teller and manager were having was strange, as they could see everything on their end as working and able to complete my requested transfer. To put it simply, this branch is suffering from serious incompetence.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Scotiabank branch. The teller, Jestine, asked us excessive and unnecessary questions about why we were opening an account at this location and why we bank with other institutions. Her manager ultimately refused to open a joint account for us, stating that he could not proceed because my boyfriend works in Vaughan and I live in Montreal, even though my boyfriend lives on the same street as this branch. He said he felt “ UNCOMFORTABLE” No clear policy-based explanation was provided. Where someone works or lives in a different city is not a valid reason to refuse opening a joint account at a national bank. The service felt subjective, unprofessional, and inconsistent with what is expected from a major financial institution. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this branch. I wish I could give no stars
