I had such a smooth experience at this store, Cesar helped me out and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with detail. The customer service was beyond what I’ve ever experienced at any other phone company service.

This shop is usually busy but we have had great luck with staff. At our most recent visit, Becky was an A+++ superstar. We were having a billing issue and after three separate calls and over 5 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service, it had not been resolved. I walked in and was already worked up by the frustration of getting the run around and being billed a crazy amount. The issue was a Verizon issue connected to a major outage months before that impacted my streaming services. I walked Becky through what was going on, she pulled up my account and was able to identify what was going on. We called customer service together and she walked the representative through all of it. She asked the right questions and spoke the correct lingo because together with the representative they pinpointed what needed to be done to fix the issue. She showed me in real-time how the issue was being addressed on my account and told me to come back if it was still an issue in the next billing cycle. So far so good. Thank you Becky for your help and patience!

I’ve visited a few Verizon stores in the past, and Awaro, at the Lakewood store, is (was) the most helpful person I’ve ever spoken to. He was kind, patient, and genuinely focused on solving my issue rather than making a sale. (He made one anyway.) Truly above and beyond customer service. Highly recommend asking for him. I had been trying to call to ask about the rebate i was promised but had not yet received for over a month. My agent (Nate) and this store number are both unreachable. Is there any other way to get ahold of anyone?
