So grateful for the opportunity to get the services of Advisorly , particularly Gina who is so professional, warm and compassionate , explaining everything I need to know. I recently lost my husband , a very difficult time to be planning his Memorial Service amidst our grief and sorrow .This prompted me to get one for my own so that I don’t have to burden my children with what I had experienced. This is the loving thing to do.
I was connected with Advisorly after the sudden passing of my mom. I had known I would be the executor of her estate, but we didn't know she would be gone so soon. I had a lot of digging to do to figure out who I needed to reach out to to do all the "stuff". I didn't know where to start until I was connected with Tricia at Advisorly to work through the Executor's tool kit. We had a phone meeting to go through what I needed to find. I gathered information and sent it along. Tricia prepared binder of exactly all of the letters I needed for agencies I hadn't thought of. She came to me at my convenience. I honestly don't know how I would have figured this all out on my own and I'm a pretty organized lawyer. Such a worthwhile service. The team is professional and understanding. I'm so thankful for my experience with Advisorly.
I went here to support my dad when we picked up mom -Charlene let us in when we rang the doorbell. She was very kind and soft spoken. We went into a room that was very nice and private and she answered ant questions we had and thoroughly went through the file explaining the next steps. She was very informative. Thank you for your overall kindness and support at this difficult time.🤍
Jeremy May (owner and funeral director of Elements/Advisorly) was initially referred to us by our Couples for Christ (CFC) friend Homer Reyes. His sincere concern and empathy while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism and exercising his expertise and knowledge during a very difficult in our families' lives will forever be remembered. He personally saw us through to every step of the way considering we were pretty clueless on how to navigate through our father's sudden death from the beginning until the end i.e. embalming and storage of the body, funeral services (same day viewing and mass), witness cremation and inurnment . No detail was too big or too small for him and he 100% made sure that the process was as seamless as possible. Also he made sure that the death certificate and body is properly stored until the coroner released it just in time even though there was a huge backlog due to the recent rise of deaths during the heat wave. I personally highly recommend him in handling all of the funeral services especially to the Filipino and CFC community.
Loved talking with and working with Melanie Alford. She is so helpful, courteous and friendly. A very kind and caring lady. She is there for you and what she can do for you. Thanks Melanie.
